Book Review

Molly lovingly tells the true tale of a farming family whose border collie, Darby, leads them to an abandoned unhatched egg. What are the chances of a motherless duck egg surviving?

The reader learns many interesting facts about nature as Puddles waddles through her amazing journey from, hatchling to full-grown adult. Co-existing with her newfound family and her loyalty to them is heart-warming but at the same time, she must respond to the calls of nature and the wild. I highly recommend this beautifully told and illustrated picture book to any animal lover. A delightful addition to the child's library.

Proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to Windrush Fram Therapeutic Equitation, Inc. Providing equine therapy for children and adults with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
